MEFC has been in business since 1988, and incorporated in Virginia in October 1989. We currently lend in Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, the District of Columbia,North Carolina,South Carolina, Florida and Tennessee. Lending on properties in other states is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the LOAN OFFICER ON CALL for further information.

MEFC employs over 50 Loan Officers for your convenience and each has access to over 60 different loan programs to fit the needs of many various Borrowers.
